[Outlander Summary] S03E06: A. Malcolm.


Jamie literally fainted seeing Claire in his printing shop. Claire show Jamie some of Brianna photos that she bring with her. Being 20 years apart, they both have changed physically. Jamie needs glasses now and Claire reveal she hide her gray hair.

Seeing photos of a daughter he never meet bring so much emotion to Jamie. He ask Claire questions about Bree growing up. Trying to be honest with each other life, Jamie tells Claire he has a son named Willie. Jamie ask about Claire life with Frank as well.

Fergus is shock and happy when he meet Claire. Claire tell him after Culloden she left for America because she didn't want to bring harm to Lallybroch being the wife of a traitor. Jamie has business meeting and bring Claire with him. He and his business partner have some tension disagreement about payment.

Jamie take Claire where he lives, a brothel house. Jamie ask Claire her real reason to come back and how did she find him.


Claire Fraser Monologue #1:

We ate slowly, savoring each other as much as the meal before us. We began reminiscing about our life together those many years ago, then carefully filling in details of our time apart.

We began to know each other again... and discover whether we were, in fact, the same two who had once existed as one... and whether we might be one again.

After we finished, the same thought was uppermost in both our minds. It could scarcely be otherwise.

Claire gives her guesses that Jamie is not just a printer. Saying printing pamphlets isn't all that profitable Jamie tell Claire he's been smuggling Whisky, etc.

The next day Jamie going to take care some business matter and leave Claire alone in his brothel room. Ian Murray, Jamie's nephew, came looking for him. Claire is so happy to meet Jenny and Ian youngest son. After Ian leaves, Claire join the ladies for breakfast. When she get back, there's a man searching something inside their room.

[Outlander Summary] S04E11: If Not For Hope.

Claire, Jamie, and Ian continue their journey searching for Roger . They got some lead from a Cherokee group who said the necklace Ian's own is belong to the Mohawk village called Shadow Lake. Notice the tension between his uncle & aunt, Ian ask Claire to try make peace with Jamie. Fergus help Murtagh looking for Stephen Bonnet in Wilmington . While he stay in Fergus house, Murtagh still have a secret meeting with the regulators. Marsali doesn't like it. However she ask Murtagh to take Fergus to fight along him to lift Fergus confidence as a man. Back in River Run, Aunt Jacosta held a dinner at her estate to introduce Brianna to help her find a perfect suitor. One of the guest is Lord John Grey. He also deliver Jamie's letter to Bree. The next morning, Bree receive a news from one of the maid that Mister Forbes has asking her hand in marriage to Aunt Jacosta. [Outlander Summary] S01E04: The Gathering.

Claire starting to plan her escape. When she play with children outside the Castle Leoch , she will left breadcrumbs on her escape path. For a person from 20th century, seeing a 18th century highlander gathering is fascinated for Claire. And she's actually enjoy the festive. Claire Randall Monologue #1: The hunting game was more than a pleasant diversion. It allowed me to reconnoiter the terrain around the castle without suspicion. So far I had found at least two possible escape routes, and left breadcrumbs to mark my way to freedom. The victory day celebrations in London and Paris far exceeded the gathering of the Mackenzie clan in terms of sheer size, but this was something different... simple joy, unencumbered by the trauma of war or the exhaustion of its end.
