[Outlander Summary] S01E01: Sassenach.

For a tv show, the first episode is very important. Because it will determine whether the audience will continue watching or not. Well, I belong to this category. There is no chance for the second or third episode hehehe. Outlander S01E01 "Sassenach" managed to attract me to watch the next episodes because of the interesting and solid storyline, and strong characteristics. When in fact I am less interested with a story "traveling through time" background. Claire Randall Monologue # 1: People disappear all the time. Young girls run away from home. [Outlander Summary] S01E02: Castle Leoch.

Claire Randall Monologue #1: The last time I was here, Frank and I simply took the car. But after spending two days and nights jolting along on a horse, I knew I'd never find my way back, not unless I convinced these people to help me in some way. When they arrive in Castle Leoch, Claire immediately convince she's not in the 20th century anymore. A woman named Mrs. Fitzgibbons welcome these highlanders men. Jamie introduced Claire to her. As a sassenach (not to mention from the future), Mrs. Fitzgibbons ask Claire many question when she's starting talking about Jamie injury.
