[Outlander Summary] S01E06: The Garrison Commander.

Concern about Claire well being, lieutenant Jeremy Foster take her to meet his commander at Brockton. Dougal come along with them. Claire is welcome by the brigadier general, Sir Oliver Lord Thomas, and join him and his men for lunch. There's a tension interaction between Dougal and Lord Thomas that makes Dougal has to leave the room. [Outlander Summary] S02E10: Prestonpans.

Claire Fraser Monologue #1: How many men had I seen killed in war?. This Highlander who had run afoul of a Redcoat patrol was only the latest one. The rebellion Jamie and I had laboured so hard to prevent was upon us. Our only hope was that somehow we could change the outcome. I feared in my heart that history would not be rewritten. That no matter how many battles we might win, victory would remain forever out of reach. How many men had I seen killed in war?. Far, far too many. Jamie is frustrated with the disagreement of their war plan between Prince Charles advisors. Angus is getting bored and starting a silly fight with Lallybroch's men. To get a better plan, Jamie asking Dougal to take a measure of the marshland between their camp and the British troops to find out if the ground can support a man on horseback and infantry. [Outlander Summary] S01E07: The Wedding.

It's Jamie and Claire's wedding day. This episode have several flashback scene. Both of Claire marriage to Frank and Jamie are started in spontaneous or in sudden way. Frank and Claire getting married in register office on their way to meet Frank's parents in a restaurant for the first time. Claire Fraser Monologue #1: You forget your life after awhile...the life you had before. Things you cherish and hold dear are like pearls on a string. Cut the knot, they scatter across the floor, rolling into dark corners, never to be found again. So you move on. And eventually you forget what the pearls even looked like. Or at least you try. After wedding ceremony and a little bit of celebration, Jamie and Claire are in their bedroom, both of them are nervous.
