[Outlander Summary] S03E10: Heaven & Earth.


Jamie is so mad when he knows the captain has make an agreement with the British captain regarding Claire's whereabouts. Claire immediately giving orders to healthy crew member of what to do to stop the spread of typhoid fever. Porpoise captain point a young officer named Mr. Pound to assist Claire with everything she need.

Claire Fraser Monologue #1:

I had been on the Porpoise for less than a day. Surely, no more than 50 miles separated me from Jamie. And yet, it felt nearly as far as the 200 years. Still, I was glad he was not here, knowing he would not have been safe from the typhoid raging through the ship.

Claire look to old surgeon journal to find the source of the disease. Who carry it first. Meanwhile on other ship, they kept Jamie below decks because his confrontation with the captain. When Fergus come to see him, Jamie ask him to get the cell keys and set him free. The plan is to take over the ship. In return, he will give Fergus his blessing to marry Marsali.

Claire become friends with her young assistant, Mr. Pound. They share feelings and life stories after another deaths on ship. The young man give Claire something for a good luck to help them get through this typhoid fever.


Claire Fraser Monologue #2:

The cook and his suspicions were the least of my worries. Someone on this ship had recognized Jamie. I had to find this Harry Tompkins.

When Claire found out someone on the ship knows Jamie, she try to get info from Elias. The crew found Harry Tompkins and Claire manage get all information she needs to know.

As time goes by, all the sick men on Porpoise are getting better. No more moans nor groans pains heard. Claire go find Elias to share this little victory but shocking when she discovered him weak and sick. She couldn't save him.

Claire Fraser Monologue #3:

I realized in that moment what Annekje had meant. She could indeed
help me escape and find Jamie. And now I understood how.
We were under quarantine and would therefore anchor on the unpopulated side of Grand Turk Island. Annekje had a plan. Her goats needed grass. As their milk was the only food keeping the men alive, she would be let off to feed them, along with the watering party.
And I would go with her.

When they are anchored in Grand Turk, Claire try to escape but got caught. With Annekje help, Claire have a second chance to get away.

[Outlander Summary] S02E13: Dragonfly in Amber.

The opening scene of Outlander S02E13: Dragonfly in Amber is bring us to Scotland, 1968. Claire bring Brianna back to Scotland to give the last respect to a man who help her during her stay in Inverness with Frank, The Reverend. Every corner of Reverend's house bring Claire so many memories. Roger offer Claire and Brianna to stay at the house instead of drive back to London. [Outlander Summary] S02E10: Prestonpans.

Claire Fraser Monologue #1: How many men had I seen killed in war?. This Highlander who had run afoul of a Redcoat patrol was only the latest one. The rebellion Jamie and I had laboured so hard to prevent was upon us. Our only hope was that somehow we could change the outcome. I feared in my heart that history would not be rewritten. That no matter how many battles we might win, victory would remain forever out of reach. How many men had I seen killed in war?. Far, far too many. Jamie is frustrated with the disagreement of their war plan between Prince Charles advisors. Angus is getting bored and starting a silly fight with Lallybroch's men. To get a better plan, Jamie asking Dougal to take a measure of the marshland between their camp and the British troops to find out if the ground can support a man on horseback and infantry.
